We then conduct deeper interviews with employees to

  • list the systems and tools in use, and
  • understand where time and money are actually spent in practice.
02Opportunity identification
We identify modernization opportunities and calculate the savings of solving them.

Concretely, we deliver a spreadsheet with these specific columns:
  1. description of a suggested change,
  2. estimated EBITDA impact (high / medium / low),
  3. brief rationale for the EBITDA impact estimate,
  4. estimated cost (high / medium / low)
  5. brief rationale for the cost estimate, and
  6. suggested KPIs.
